Our own branded Marvelous Beef utilises the pique technique to inject real beef fats into red meat to enhance flavour and tenderness with consistency in marbling. The high standard of safety is ensured by our own patented technology and strict quality assurance system which is monitored constantly through each step of the process.

Marvelous Beef is great for consumers as it has guaranteed tenderness and high taste quality due to the even marbling. It has a high level of convenience as the fats introduced previously undergo a reduction process, therefore, in the course of culinary, it does not reduce. There is also zero waste in kitchen as the fats are only present in the marbling not on the outer cuts of the meat. 

 

 

Marvelous Beef utilises Australian beef and is safe for consumption through the HACCP system and our own QA system. The method used to produce Marvelous Beef is also highly sustainable as the cattle do not have to be raised in certain conditions or imported and there is zero waste produced. 

 

 

Another benefit of using Marvelous Beef is the fact that the meat can remain tender and moist even after getting cold and re-heated as the fats injected have already undergone a reduction process which results in the consistent retained marbling.
